Sounds like you have exhausted all your family, friends and acquaintances at your gym, clubhouse, church and community center.
MLMs will do this to you. Eventually, very few people will want to socialize with you, because they are fearful of being propositioned for yet another scheme. If you don't mind not having a social circle around, or if you're naturally an introvert, then you are probably comfortable - but most folks are not. I hope you are successful, as money is the only thing you have left once your social bridges are burnt.
